Similar Documentaries (Abigail Odum)

This video is quite similar to what we wish to do in our documentary. It shows young people and people who work in the health sector talking about contraception. There are some cutaways when people are talking however it doesn't really follow the format/conventions of a documentary.

In addition to this there is a crucial element missing in the video which is a voice-over as it binds everything together and helps the audience gain a deeper understanding. We will be including a voice-over in our documentary also we will include graphics and cutaways.

The framing has not been executed in the correct way, we have been watching some documentarys online and they have given us many ideas of how we want our interviews to be framed. The video is very simple and straight to the point this is a technique we will be using in our documentary as we want to keep our audience engaged throughout our documentary.
