Week 1
Today we got told on what we we had to produce as a group for our coursework. Firstly we had to choose a topic, so as a group we started discussing and we came up with 3 possible ideas :
- resession
- contraception
- teenage pregnancy
At first we decided to do a mixture of both teenage pregnancy and contraception, but as we started discussing in more depth about our coursework we realised that it would be much easier to focus on one main subject which was contraception, however we would make cross references to teenage pregnacy. We choose this subject as it's a popular subject, it is something that is well related to our generation and it would be quite easy to find speakers/interviewees as this is a subject that alot of people out there would like to raise an awareness about.
At the end of our discussion we came up with the title " Young People and Contraception - Is it right ?"
